  Ce premier colloque régional de recherche-action anti-gaspi est organisé par la DRAAF, l’ADEME et la Chaire dans un format interactif. Croisant expertise des scientifiques et des acteurs de terrain, cette rencontre avait pour vocation de discuter trois idées reçues :
  – Les plus gros gaspilleurs sont les supermarchés
  – Le gaspillage est inévitable dans les cantines
  – A la maison on gaspille peu

  International symposium
  Co-sponsored by the Unesco Chair in World Food Systems, this two days international conference commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Centre for Studies in Food Security at Ryerson University, and celebrates the International Year of Family Farming.
  It will address questions and issues concerning the future of family farming in an increasingly urbanized world.
