Through their disciplinary openness, the Chair’s training activities aim to enlighten students, teachers and researchers on sustainable food issues. They respond to a real need to place highly specialized and segmented knowledge into a global, comprehensive framework that gives purpose and meaning to professional activities focused on food.
These programs are also intended to expand the networks of everyone who identify with multidisciplinary and multisectoral openness by facilitating exchanges between students of various disciplines and involving professionals from diverse backgrounds (research, NGOs, private sector, public bodies, etc.).
