The Chair coordinates or participates in various research programs to facilitate dialogue between scientific disciplines on the one hand, and scientists and food system stakeholders on the other.
Urbanization is simultaneously the product and source of unsustainable food systems. Cities are, however, also crucibles of innovations to change these systems. A set of projects developed or coordinated by the Chair are studying the relationships between urbanization and the sustainability of food systems.
